West End Overlook

The West End Overlook is a 17-acre property located in Madaket and provides easy public access to Madaket Harbor for kayaking and other water-related activities. There is a parking area near the beach which connects to a small trail system that has rolling terrain with benches installed at scenic overlook points. This property offers panoramic views of the west end and as such, is a spectacular place to experience a quintessential Nantucket sunset.

Directions

From Town, drive west on Madaket Road, turning right onto Warrens Landing Road. Drive for 0.7 miles, then veer right onto Eel Point Road. After an additional 0.2 miles, turn left onto a dirt road which leads to the parking lot.
